Local rebellious teenager Klotter falls in love with his classmate Jackie, but gang violence pushes him down a dark and destructive path. After many years of separation, the unhappy lovers find that every path they take brings them back together again.. Malik Fricka, who plays 17-year-old Clotter in this film, was the world champion in breakdancing when he was 10 years old. .One of the characters wears a Rolex Daytona Ceramic in the 1990s, but the timepieces were only released in 2016.. The acting is really good. Young actors are fresh and real. Adele and Francois are at their best. Alain Chaba is a big teddy bear and, as usual, he wants to punch Benoit Pulward. The musical background really sets the tone of the 80s in a small industrial French town. Mostly British and American songs, but so rooted in the era. You finish the movie with a smile on your face. It’s not the best movie of the year, but it’s a beautiful crazy passionate love story. Despite the unevenness, you follow Klotter and Jackie to the end.
